Our History
Primestone Inc. was founded in 2012 and located in Mnahattan Beach, California. Previously, the owner and Cheif executive Officer of the Company founded and operated for close to 30 years Primestone, which was based in Ontario Canada. The Company is an international procurer and wholesale distributor of natural stone products who outsources the fabrication process to Italian based firms. The Cpmpany plans to focus on expanding its market shre throughout the United States by through sales and marketing. Primestone introduced a unique approach of bringing the actual finishe natural stone product to the trade shows in the form of bundlesand placing them inside its sales and maketing booths. THis allows the Company to gain better exposure and improved access to an international network of clients. In addition the shows also expand the Company's brand name within the United Steates. To increase the Company's market share and build brand awareness The main objective is to control an ideal amount of block inventory and become the premier and dominant worldwide provider.
Our Process
Primestone Inc., has consistent access to high quality, Onyx, Marble, Travertine & Qurtzite Blocks from the best Quarries worldwide. The Process begins by first finding an optimal deposit of materials which are the trends of the market. In locating new materials, trained geologists are utilized, samples are then exctracted, cut and polished so that their color and pattern can be examined to determine marketability. Quarry bedrocks are eventually cut by wire saw technology in order to siuze boulders into cubical blocks fit for gangs aw slab cutting. Fabrication of these Blocks into finished slabs is outsourced to third-party firms located in Italy. These firms utilize state-of-the-art machinery for cutting, netting, oven heat, resin and polishing, followed by applying a vacuum resin sealing process. The Gang saw can cut the entire block of stone into slabs at one time,. More delicate materials require the use of a diamond wire saw to gently cut the block into slabs. For stone that will be converted into tiles, long strips of material experiences the same polishing process prior to being cut to size.

Management realized early on that controlling the quality of the blocks coming out of the quarries is of paramount importance.
